1. Information we collect

• Appointment and service information, including requested package, add-ons, date and time, vehicle location, access instructions, subscription selection, quotes, invoices, deposits, discounts, and service history.
• Vehicle information, such as year, make, model, size or class, color, license plate when reasonably needed, condition, preexisting damage, stains, odors, aftermarket equipment, and other details relevant to the service.
• Payment and transaction information, including amounts, payment status, refunds, and limited payment-method details supplied by Urable or an integrated payment processor. Full payment-card data is generally handled by the payment provider rather than stored directly by us.
• Communications, including inquiries, reviews, complaints, preferences, consent records, and messages exchanged by phone, text, email, social media, or through Urable.
• Photos and videos of the vehicle and work area, including pre-service condition documentation, progress images, completed-work documentation, and images connected to a question, claim, or quality review.
• Website and device information, such as IP address, browser and device type, referring page, pages viewed, date and time, and similar log or cookie information made available by our hosting or technology providers.

2. How we collect information

We collect information directly from you; through our website and booking pages; through Urable, payment processors, communication providers, and social platforms; from an authorized person arranging service for you; and automatically through website logs, cookies, or similar technologies.

3. How we use information

• Provide quotes; schedule, route, confirm, and perform detailing services; process deposits, balances, refunds, and recurring payments; and maintain service records.
• Evaluate vehicle condition, recommend or price appropriate work, document preexisting conditions, verify completion, respond to concerns, and manage insurance or legal claims.
• Send transactional communications such as confirmations, reminders, arrival updates, payment notices, subscription notices, and customer-support messages.
• Send promotional texts or emails only as permitted by law and consistent with the marketing choices described below.
• Operate, secure, troubleshoot, analyze, and improve our website, booking flow, customer experience, services, and business operations.
• Detect fraud, prevent misuse, enforce our Terms and Conditions, comply with law, and protect customers, personnel, property, and the public.

4. Urable, payment processing, and other service providers

We use Urable to support functions such as online booking, customer records, quotes, invoices, deposits, recurring plans, automated messages, payment processing, and vehicle photo or video inspections. Urable and any integrated payment processor may collect and process information under their own terms and privacy notices. We may also disclose information to hosting, communications, analytics, storage, accounting, insurance, professional-advisory, and other vendors that help us operate. These providers may use information to perform services for us and as otherwise permitted by their agreements and applicable law.

5. When we disclose information

We may disclose personal information:

• To service providers and contractors that support bookings, payments, communications, website operation, customer support, accounting, security, or service delivery.
• To our personnel and authorized technicians when reasonably needed to perform or support the service.
• To insurers, attorneys, accountants, law enforcement, courts, regulators, or other parties when reasonably necessary to protect rights or safety, investigate a claim, comply with law, or enforce an agreement.
• In connection with a merger, financing, sale, restructuring, or transfer of all or part of the business, subject to appropriate protections where required.
• At your direction or with your consent.

We do not sell personal information for money. If our data practices materially change, we will update this Policy and provide any choices required by applicable law.

6. Vehicle photography and video

We may photograph or record a vehicle, its contents as visible during service, and the immediate work area when reasonably necessary to document condition, preexisting damage, service progress, completed work, safety concerns, quality control, or a dispute. These operational records are not a grant of permission for public advertising.

We will use identifiable vehicle photos or videos for public marketing, social media, portfolio, or promotional purposes only after obtaining separate consent. You may withdraw that marketing consent for future use by contacting us, although withdrawal does not require us to retrieve material already lawfully published or distributed before the request.

7. Text messages and email

By providing contact information in connection with a booking or active service relationship, you agree that we may send non-marketing communications reasonably related to that transaction, such as confirmations, reminders, arrival updates, invoices, payment notices, subscription notices, and support responses.

Promotional text messages require separate consent and are not a condition of purchasing services. Where offered, the consent disclosure identifies Scrub N Sudz, describes recurring automated promotional texts, states that message frequency varies and message/data rates may apply, and explains how to opt out. You may reply STOP to marketing texts or use another stated opt-out method. For marketing email, use the unsubscribe method provided in the message or contact us. We will process opt-out requests as required by law. Opting out of marketing does not prevent necessary transactional communications.

8. Cookies and website technologies

Our website or its providers may use cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies for essential operation, security, preferences, performance, or analytics. Browser settings may allow you to block or delete cookies, although some features may not function properly. We do not promise that the website responds to every browser-based “Do Not Track” signal. If we add advertising or cross-site tracking technologies, we will update this Policy and provide legally required choices.

9. Data retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to complete services, maintain customer and subscription records, meet tax and accounting requirements, resolve disputes, document vehicle condition, prevent fraud, enforce agreements, and comply with law. Retention depends on the type of information and our legal or operational needs. Information may remain in backups for a limited period after deletion from active systems.

10. Security and data incidents

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures appropriate to the nature of the information we handle. No system or transmission method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a data incident occurs, we will investigate and provide notices as required by applicable law.

11. Your choices and requests

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information we maintain about you, subject to verification and lawful exceptions. 12. Children’s privacy

Our website and detailing services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal information to us, please contact us. A person booking service must have authority to approve work on the vehicle and to provide the information submitted.

13. Third-party links

Our website may link to Urable, payment providers, social networks, review platforms, or other third-party services. Their privacy practices and terms apply to their services, and we are not responsible for their independent practices.

14. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version with a new effective date and provide additional notice when required by law. Material changes apply prospectively unless otherwise permitted.
